Images for that link are as added in this thread.
If don't understand that use link below for workshop extract in pdf on self diagnosis mode I & II
(only 4 pages incudes all details on reading flashing LED etc)

all common ones .
Condition and history of car may help decide direction start looking at things.
Does it have running issues ! do these codes come back once cleared !
If had recent engine pull/work then wiring harness, grounds and connector plugs to sensors for damage good first visuals.
If things all tidy then basic tests on knock sensor and ecu temp sensor good place start.
Is lot of threads on ecu temp and knock sensor, you can also easily supplement these with resistors which help pinpoint sensor fault over wiring quickly and low tech/cost .
MAF maybe harder pinpoint fault and only expensive sensor out of the 3 but again few threads and FSM tests you can do and all 3 maybe power/ground/wiring issue anyway .
good luck .

Around 2k it feels lumpy no power and it’s over fueling it’s basically standard under the bonnet don’t think the engine has been out

Yeh check ecu coolant and det sensors to start and obvious visual inspection on all 3 before going too deep .
The knock sensor fault relates to fault in wiring or sensor itself as simply a resistance value check by ecu, ecu logic doesn't cover knock detection via fault code .
Both MAF and ecu temp sensor can cause fuelling issues, ecu temp sensor can cause difficult starting, idle speed issues and fans to constantly run .
is a pdf in the useful links pdf file topic on coolant sensor test/functionality. few threads on knock sensor test. have a doodle and see how you get on .
