Broken gearbox what do I need ?? Pics

My old gearbox that has been sat in the entrance of my house for 3and a half years , it’s now time to do something with it . So what’s broken so I can order / source parts please .

Shaft and second gear + check the syncros.

Yep, 2nd totally shat itself there which means a new input shaft and new 2nd gear cog,
Would also check the bearings as debris might have damaged the races.

1st and 3rd suspect too .
Just a case of stripping and checking tolerance and wear of parts not totally junked .

Those clips are getting VERY hard to find anymore, especially the 5th gear synchro ones. I had to order mine from JP-Carparts.com and there were exactly 6 left in the world, and all of them were in the UAE. I bought 3 of them, along with 2 sets of the other ones, just in case I need to do another rebuild.

I did ask my dealer and they said 10 days on -E04. But that was then. will ring them in the morning to see if they still can get hold of them.

maybe jump in at the deep end and get quaife gear set
