Cold be an air leak. Check your pipes for splits and loose jubilee clips etc. A pressure test and fairy liquid would confirm it.

Interwarmer? (Tmic)
When you say when the engine is warm. Is that just normal running temperature or after you have been boosting or sat In trafic?

Top mount and being warm not anything extreme but a good pull or 2 then basicly normal driving

knock sensor will have no code unless circuit or sensor fault that puts it out of resistance spec (resistor inside knock sensor is to aid ecu in monitoring basic circuit integrity and that controls the fault code 34 status), can be signalling knock and it has no code logic for knock detection or whether it actual knock or false knock so ideally need monitor sensor output or timing .
could be boost leak when joint hot.
could be following playing up when hot  wastegate, actuator, casting cracks, turbo shaft assembly drag .
