Oil Pump - What are the differences between the GTI-R and SR20VET units

As the title says, looking at what are the differences between the SR20DET and SR20VET oil pumps.
I know there is info on the different sizes of the pump cogs, the flow galleries and the pressure springs.
I have seen pictures that show the 2 side by side with all the info BUT I can't find it.
Any help and or pictures welcome.

Thanks for that, that is probably the site I was looking for.
BUT
Every time I go to access it even just putting in "www.sr20-forum.com" I get a RED screen with a message "DECEPTIVE SITE".
Did it load ok for you as it might be my firewall blocking it?

Once the oil comes out of the pump it has to turn 90* 2" into the block in order to go through the oil filter housing and another 180* to get back into the block. Go ve pump when you can, but if you can't you prob won't notice a difference unless you are revving really really high."

Worked fine for me nothing dodgy well not that i noticed no pop up or anything...
