Just got email from admins.
You can arrive from 07:30 hours each day, but access to Broadgate will be closed at 09:30 hours. We do have plenty of display spaces near the Broadgate. You will be directed to one of these areas in the event that Broadgate is full.
LOCATION:
• Please head for Little Park Street, which is located just off junction 5 of the Ring Road. Satnav CV1 2JZ. The ring road is closed, but some of the junctions still remain open to get you into the city.
Apparently we're next to Museum again
Just spoke with Ricky and we're thinking about meeting at Ricoh Arena ( CV66GE) at around 8.30

Here is little tip about directions..
We recommend that if you have an Android or Apple smartphone download and use the Waze app for directions to Little Park Street, Coventry, CV1 2JR. They have created special maps for the event weekend which will get you around the road closures.
You can get the app here: https://www.waze.com/
Oh and they ask to bring drip trays just in case (last year they were giving away bits of carpet to put underneath a car)
I believe we'll be parked at - Millennium Place, Hales St, Coventry CV1 1JD
