not sure mate but it was nothing and within a hour and I ain't one to winge unless it's about graft lol but it's right what they say the eye just feels like it's trying to heal itself all the time. Not sore but fookin annoying so will get the drops today.

I was in the sun but only for a couple of hours really. Had my shades on apart from my nice was keep putting them on. Was at the local auto X which was dusty when the cars went past tearing the field up

I like to self medicate but the eyes are something I don't fancy taking a risk with and its watering abit and it won't have but feels like it's already put a hundred layers of its own film over it

Best not start every time I see abit dust not hoovering / cleaning Hoover ever again or sun. Maybe just a day of British sun was a shock to the system

I can see dust & debris on the eye being likely link. Hopefully treatment will will be efficient.
On the upside your post makes us think about our eyes & I for one will be taking more care of them, I am one for doing small grinding jobs etc without safety glasses & when see eye issues it helps push safety equipment necessity .

Tell me about it mate I am the same terrible for not wearing it or spending good money. If your foot wear hurts you buy nicer boots or shoes no matter what. Safty glasses masks etc you just hoy down and carry on. Only get one set makes you think as you say
