Right if anyone can help I would really app it
Probably go stack or similar I am looking for any hints tips advice diagrams etc.

I am Sparkie by trade and fitting digi dash is something I always wanted to do. Like anything I would really like to do it myself not to save money but to know how it works etc. If someone has info that took them a long time to find or workout I will pay for it and it will go no further. I would happily pay someone but I don't want to leave my car somewhere for weeks just to get this done

Any ideas thought offers or someone that dose it that knows how long it would take if it's the last I will travel but need to know how long you need car

I know you can get converter kits that "resemble" a digital dash, really they are nothing more than fancy lights amd a glowing sort of face... probably not what your after...

can be easy or can be hard, lot will depend on what ecu you running as aftermarket ecu with can/serial port allows most data to be fed to the display with just one cable rather than many to analogue sensors. If road car & remain legal then many warning lights & convenience features need to be maintained as well. not a big fan of digi dashes as never found them great to read & good units are expensive & you need add few extra sensors into cost too . expect you could muddle through it as you go if choose a good matching unit & if street use something that includes inbuilt street car required warning lights & lot of programmable/adjustable channels for various inputs.
I would spend decent money on proper ECU & ignition before a digi dash but that just me being old grumpy and analogue gauge liker :-)

No idea about install but looks like a cool unit. I like how it has a lot of layout and design options and does lap timing etc.

CAN is really the best way on an after market ecu. Not that I've looked into it much but for people using standard ecu or a variant, I've seen adapters that use your serial port and display everything on a phone/tablet

^ yeh you can get some small digi displays which can be layout configured & read from ecu etc & have data logging which can be good add on to exiting dash.
That stack one in link is probably over 2,000gbp just for display .

Get it fitted you can fit mine when I get one
I'd look into moving where it sits not sure if your seats position like mine but I struggle to to see dash so I'd want mine moved forward a bit

I'm not an expert but that dash looks highly configurable, especially with the CAN input Nigel? So it would suit any ecu? Unlike the haltech racepak I was looking at.
