Right lads I need some help and knowledge

Just put the engine back into my black R and ive put it back to top mount intercooler instead of front, now if the front was still on I wouldn't need any help but Ive plumbed in all the pipes but now im left with the 2 nipples on the top of the intercooler, where do these need to be plumbed into, do they go to the induction pipe? HKS BOV? or somewhere else

many thanks Tom

Are you talking about the small metal pipe at the back of the intercooler just to the left of where it exits for the inlet?

Cheers Lads

So just to clarify I have an AVCR fitted aswell, so the pipe from the intercooler needs go the boost solenoid (apexi) and also the turbo actuator?

And also on the diagram (no 5 vaccuum pipe) where does that go on the intake manifold?

thanks Tom

On the ride side of the intake manifold as you look at it, there is a pipe fitting where the intake manifold splits in two, that is where pipe no5 goes

If you arent running the standard solenoid. I'm pretty sure you just bypass the topmount vacuum pipes.
So plumb it in how it already was?
From the nipple on side of the plenum to the apexi solenoid t'd into the actuator?

Ah ok

Just had another look at the car, the vacuum pipe goes from the intake manifold straight to the apexi solenoid, and then from the solenoid it goes straight to the actuator.

So shall I try it with the nipples blocked off on the intercooler?

Leave it as it is mate
The intercooler pipe ends don't need blocking because it's essentially just a hose running under the cooler. If you don't plumb upto it. It is redundant; )

As said mate no need to touch it, was just a way of nissan securing the standard boost solenoid hose so it wasnt clamped under the intercooler. No need to used it or block it, but can be used it you want
