I'm trying to figure out how much I've lowered my car by with coilovers. What's the easiest way to do this, getting the measurement of a standard strut perhaps?

standard ride height from wheel hub centre to edge of arch is 365mm front & 375mm rear. compare that to your measures. The workshop manual has a page on this & also has measures/rates of the original springs, if I find the page number again i'll add it for reference ...

^ see what yours are and see if my quoted standard figures seem right, had a look in the service manual but not spotted ride height info/figures as of yet to validate what I quoted ...

Front (left and right)

I still haven't had a chance to measure this, I need to get the car off the stands first
