Met Bob for the first time today after 11 years of R ownership Very Happy

Great bloke, took time out to chat and advise me on a few things, and sorted me out with all the parts I needed cheers

He is. Bob is like me second dad (southern dad) to me and I aint no arse licker I speak as I find. both him and Clair both put them selfs out for me when I go down to visit and I really enjoy working along side bob have learnt a lot of him and appreciate his time and effort.

You can not please everyone all the time no matter what you do but parts fly out the doors and work constantly coming in so he certainly doing something right.
