I had to remove side skirts as I have just had rear sills etc welde, but some screws have snapped!! What is the best way round it? New holes or drill out old ones??

I thought they screwed into plastic style clips so remove them and fit new ones

By the looks of it the previous or so owner has put self tappers in instead!!
