Lol .... ive never seen the paint code come up before ... if you want an exact match take a wheel with you to a paint supplier/ paint shop and get them to colour match it for you ....

Sorry i couldnt be much more help fella .... but the code isnt something ive come across on my travels ... but a good paint place should get a good match ...

It should just be Nissan Alloy Silver.
If you look at Alloy repair kits, they repair them to the factory silver, and have the factory Nissan Silver Alloy spray.
