anniversary mugs

So far only 10 people have said they want to buy a mug for the anniversary meet.
I have put an order in for these 10.
But im un sure of what to do about having more made up for the day.for people to 'maybe' buy.
I don't want to have mugs left on my hands and be out of pocket too.
I have already had the 10 made up. So at the moment this owes me money until people pay.
I have also payed for a load of keyrings and stickers out of my pocket.
Whats everyone's thoughts?

Ideally want few for sale at the event.
see if anyone else is interested in adding to a kitty to cover costs.
I reckon you will sell leftovers on here okay.
If you have a mug left over i'd buy one if can post (uk address)
Keyrings & stickers will shift ok & probably not the expense of mugs plus they easy/cheap post.

Yes I can post. Postage is £2.80 for small packages via PayPal.
I'm waiting for the stickers and keyrings to arrive mate.
