Anybody running an engine earthing kit?

My evo has an earthing kit on it and i'm going to remove it as it's supposed to be a standard car .

Thinking about putting it on the GTIR

What are the pro's and con's of running an earthing kit?

There are no cons only good can come of it

Il be running separate quality earths on the Rasheen as you'll get better response from your whole electrical system especially with old wiring.
With modern style cars good earths are paramount as you can get all kinds of trouble if they are poor such as spikes to your ecu, poor starting and just general nasty gremlins

How many earth points are we talking about? I've seen some kits that have so many earths points it's stupid. There has always been mixed opinion but I can see the benefit in having a couple of additional earth points to cover off on the things bob said

Yeah there's no need to go overboard with them
Just re-earthing the original points is fine with some quality cabling

I have one removed at the min but has a box i dont mean just juntion box it has light on it voltage stabiliser or something
