Cheers to Bob for yesterday, took the boost controller off so the boost is now a stable 0.7/0.9 bar loop... think the car has a weak actuator or leak somewhere as it wont go over 0.9bar on a supposed 1 bar loop

yep as said yesterday rich it should be hitting a steady bar boost or just under
which either means a boost leak so youll need to pressurise and check that
weak actuator or bad crack around wastegate penny
my guess is your turbo is loose on the manifold (hense ex blow) so its not spooling as it should as ex gases are leaking between square flange and turbo
