cleaning vinyl

whats the best stuff to remove water marks on vinyl wrap?
tried polish but there still there kind of ingrained in the vinyl, was gonna try using something a bit more heavy duty but don't want to risk scratching it
what about jif or some sort of kitchen/bathroom cleaner?

What like a carbon fibre wrap? Natalie has something that works well, can't remember what it's called but can find out.

I would of thought something like jif will scratch it bob ....

Use some ipa alcohol lightly diluted test a small area first just don't end up drinking it thinking its booze   

Or you can get Isopropyl Alcohol Wet Wipes and try with that go easy with it though,once there removed just seal up the area with some quick detailer or spray wax or something.
