How long does it take the sensor to warm up to give me a reading on consult...If the sensor was faulty should it produce a error or fault code?
Lastly how much does it cost to replace theses Smile

Do they need warming up for taking the reading?

Is there not a cheaper alternative other than Nissan....

They should give a reading on all scales from cold to warm or wot .... but when the car is warm on idle -2000rpm is where you take the reading from what i understand this is the ideal/optimun temp for acurate reading ...

The pulsar uses a skinny type titania sensor think its like 12mm thread ... the other type is a fatty type zirconia wich is found on more modern cars also .... so make sure you do abit of research before you commit to buying one as the zirconia one will not fit or work .. ....
