Ive just fit my dastek into the pulsar Smile

its come out of a pulsar that only had a hks mushroom filter on.
Mine is the same setup minus the mushroom filter.
Its mapped for 1.2bar so im going to turn my boost upto 1.2bar and stick it on the rollers to have the fueling checked Smile

Is 1.2 bar safe on standard pistons? And at what point would forged pistons be needed

Yes, there's people running upto and known to run over 400bhp on standard internals.
The time to change to forged is when the engine gives up and you need a rebuild!

If it ain't broke, don't fix it Wink

1.2bar is fine as long as the furling is ok!
