new wheels wanted .. but what make

I want to go down to a 16 inch wheel.
But i have the willwood 310 discs .. Will all 16 inch wheels fit over these or just some .. As it looks close at the moment on 17 inch oz alloys

Anyone got pictures of rota grids or that type on an r. Also think i want to stay with white wheels

alot will depend ont he et of the wheel you really want quite a high offset something like 30-35 with 7 inch wide wheel sits well in standard arches, Also it will depend on how thick the inner wall is of the alloy i know over all they are 16 inch just depends on how thick it is if you see what im saying

310mm discs and 16's, not sure that's possible.
I have 285mm discs and 10 pot callipers, just about clears the calipers with less than an inch spare.

I thought 17's were too big and 15's too small. But I wanted the best stopping power to fit under 16' rims.
Just about made it and 2 years later no rubbing.
The stopping power is amazing much better than the hi spec's I had on my old Sunny running 17' rims.
Result.

My old Sunny Hi Specs 325 4 pots under 17' rims.

My 300s fit no problem under my 16s and think the wilwoods would fit as I was going to buy them just depends on the wheels

I have 310mm wilwoods and they fit fine under my wheels which are 16 inch ultralight atecs and room to spare aswell

I got them of bob a while back, they are 16 x 7 et38 ultralite a-techs. i was after a set of rota's at first, either grids or boost, but none came up at the right price and these were the sort i was after so i'm happy with them. Only other wheels I fancy are compmo TH's but i think they are always gonna be way out of my price range   

Would an offset of 40 put them in the arch or out?

40 will put them in the arch
That's not a good et for big brakes

So really i want a 30

30 would be good but you'll struggle to get that
Most are 38 which is pretty good 35 is very good
