where can i buy a Fidanza flywheel insert

Just ordered a new stage 4 clutch for my R but i need to either get my flywheel skimmed or buy a new onset for my Fianna flywheel...

It has a removable friction surface that can be unbolted and change for a new one..
Does anyone know where i can buy one .
Saves time off the road if i can just bolt a new new one on
