only advantage of HID is power consumption to light output is far lower than upgrade bulbs although standard but upgraded bulbs probably work better with the headlight assembly design.

lets hope not as the bulbs gas is ignited by high voltage AC so if that earth's to the car you may have a few dead electronic sensors/ECU ...
3 main issues on HID conversion is: proper insulation of high voltage, original headlights not designed for arc light reflection, ilegal for road use thus insurance can be voided.

Did I heck as like, I managed to make one side work out of the parts they sent me, but it only sort of worked, when I put it onto main beam the went to put it onto dipped the light went off completely! So had to turn it off then back on again, and couldn't get the other side to work at all! So I sent them back and he tested them and he said there was no faults so he gave me my money back! Iv also noticed now I have my normal bulbs in one light is brighter than the other, and when the engine revs build up the lights get brighter! Any ideas??

It's good that you got the money back but really strange that they wouldn't work.
If one lights brighter it could be a wiring connection or it might just be that one of the reflectors is in better condition than the other. The lights may get a little brighter up to about 1200 revs but shouldn't change much after that. If they do then it could be the alternator not regulating properly. You need to get a volt meter and measure the volts across the battery, should rise to about 14.5v at 1000 to 1200 revs and then stay steady.

I'll have a look into that then, I'm going to try those brighter bulbs and see if they help, and some one also said check the earths?

That's probably why the HID kit didn't work.  Crying or Very sad
