Exhaust is now off ready to weld the bass bit in for the wideband but it's steel and the exhaust I'd sis. Can I mig it as that's all I have at home??? Cheers

In a short mate yes you can mig it .... you can get stainless steel wire also ...

Would my normal mig wire do it Leighton ? Don't really want to buy a roll just for this one job. Ps I hope yr name is Leighton lol

Yes mate it will work with it with the wire you have .... where are you mounting it on the exhaust ?  You got  my name right  mate so its always a good start  Wink

I'm sure I read somewhere on here to mount it 3ft from the turbo ??

yeah needs to be at least 2ft away or the sensor will get too hot

you can weld it with normal mig wire but stainless will be a much nicer job and wont rust

You could always just paint a small patch around the weld and nut so it will last longer ...
