Grimmy1988

So a month or so I bought a pulsar in about 20 boxes.
It was a rolling shell but had been stood for a good two years. Just before it was stripped it was painted but then sat in a paint shop without a cover on so is full of over spray.
I'm on with building my engine now and figuring out what bits I'm missing along the way.
Plan is to make a toy car just for going as fast as possible on a budget.
I'll post some pictures if I can figure out how.

The previous guy had taken everything out he could whilst keeping it a rolling shell including abs and brake lines and Ofcourse he cut the lines.
Painted the engine bay.
Bought another engine which was knocking for spares.
Bought a turbo and manilfold.
Black intercooler because black works better.

The TURBO is a kkk k26. I know nothing about them but it's a fair size so should produce a bit of boost.

There is some slight det marks on top of my pistons but they will be right.
Shimmed my head up last night best I can with the shims iv got. Just waiting on a head gasket and the head can be thrown on. Got some blueprint head bolts which look identical to the genuine ones. I use a lot of blueprint parts and a lot of the time they are genuine items with the markings ground off. I'm guessing these are actually genuine items and at £45 a lot cheaper.
Sorry for the pictures being in individual post but my phone can't deal with more than one at once ha.

I had a quick google and that what I came up with. It would be nice to know what sort of spec it is really. What the equivalent Garrett is.
Well Inbetween jobs and this evening iv chucked my head on as my gasket turned up and bolted everything together. Ended up with something that looks like this.
