Gtir dash clocks

Hi all. New to site. I’m currently looking for a set of dash clocks for my 92 Gtir. Jap import. Struggling to find a set So any help would much appreciate.

Hi guys. I’m from Ireland just outside Dublin.
My car has never had all gauges working.
Fuel gauge at full all the time.
Speedo intermittently working
Temp gauge not working.
Rev counter working fine.

Has it had white clock cards fitted ? that does tend introduce clock function issues .
Has the fuel gauge and temp gauge sensor values been checked and gauge cluster wiring/addons (speed converter) checked.
expect someone on here can help source gauges but they getting rarer so best be sure on issue rather than parts swapping .

Start with easiest which the coolant temp gauge, check thermistor values change with a VOM (volt/ohm meter) as temp changes, check right at sensor and if working trace back to cluster wiring and check regulated voltage feed for the gauges, the sensors work on the ground side .
I'll see if I can link to some wiring diagrams .
The regulated control and the clocks can all be removed/replaced
Both fuel and temp gauge share regulated input voltage .
If you not had clocks out already you want get them out and have good look at wiring as lot been messed/spliced into which leads to issues .

Hi mr b. Thanks for diagrams. I’ve done a few checks and found it no power at pin 23. Would u b able to tell me if all variations of turbo clocks should have power at that pin thanks. Is it possible that this diagram dose not apply to my car

It applies to all R's to best of my knowledge .
could perhaps do a temporary fused cable with a alligator clip and T pin (pending what else you found) and see if fuel gauge reading alters.
* be sure your on right plug and pin *
Ideally want look that wiring up on diagram right back to fuse etc .

Might not be relevant but if the cluster has been changed, the membrane on the back is different between series 1 and 2.

Really wonder why they changed it still the same clocks aren't they ?
