Just bought this for £80, cheap as chips but the reviews are good. So I can now press out all the tranny bearings without having to take them to work.
Happy days ????

Useful tool is a press and soon pay for themselves if you press a few bushes and bearings for few friends and yourself.
I got one same bottle jack design but bit bigger 20T rating, extra width and height helps at times.
Amazing how cheap these things are, we got tool shops in sua-bah which part of chinatown and they kick 20T out for around £100 . Picked up bunch of vise grips at same time at £2 each and exact copy of the peterson style and quite well made for cost if take 5 minutes pick out the best ones .
I not into battery tools much, being right next to air in shop I stick with nano impact and nano air wrench plus my air hammer .
Suppose as you doing mobile work then battery a big advantage in ease and time saving, is expensive stuff and still too bulky for my liking.
Quite like look of new ingersol rand battery impacts but they damn expensive over here while quality taiwan air tools direct factory branded super cheap .
Don't go giving your bonus to the wife, get her working and earning her own bonus lol .
Tools and R first and then perhaps give her what left :-)
Be making sure my wife not read this thread lol, I don't want more muay thai bruises lol .

I bought one of these presses just over 2 years ago, got a Hydraulic/Pneumatic-Side Shift Head-20 Ton for around 225GBP ($AU400). My son has used it more than me and reckons it to be a good item.

It was the correct balling B.
Was just operator error lol
I didnt have the wishbone supported properly.
Mike just take it easy and make sure it's supported properly.
They push out really easy mate.

Just cut it's teeth refurbing Ricky's box, replacing 3rd gear select fork and fitting new quafe gears.
It had a few short comings, the main one is that the shaft assembly was too big for the gap, so had to improvise a bit.
Anyway his gears look nice,

Lol, I ruined a few things with impact wrench and threaded bar pullers/clamps/presses over the years, expect your shed full of wishbones anyway :-) I cracked a hub reduction axle cover on a rare military truck once and ended up needing one made and that got expensive lol .
