1 bar loop, only 0.5

Alrite guys. Anyone know what size restrictor i need for the vac line from inlet to actuator? Ive put a 1.2 welding tip in but only getting 0.5 bar???

Might be easier just to buy one of the Dawes devices ? Cheap and can get it spot on 1 bar. I do have one of those restrictor pipes in my glovebox I think so may be able to check if no one knows

Think it may be 2.8mm?? I just poked a drill bit through mine to measure

Gaz I could be miles off the mark but ain't you going the wrong way 1.2 something is telling me 0.8 or something

If your getting 0.5 that would say your not getting enough restriction but like I say mate I could be miles away

something not piped right mate

0.5 is the wastegate pressure the other 0.2 comes from the restrictor pipe .... so would say you havent got it right somewhere ...

With the vac line running from actuator to inlet & restrictor in the vac line im gettin 0.5... if i tee into the vac line & bleed it in to the intake pipe im getting unlimeted boost!
