Its like a puzzle i cant work out.
Is it best fitted onto the engine as a whole unit or fitted to the engine bit by bit and built up?

If you can fit it to engine first and drop it in. It can be done with engine in situ but it's a pain to get all pipes in place and secure. If you going to do it in situ before you'll locate it and bolt it down try to put water pipe on and one for idle speed control it helps if you've got some movement. If you'll struggle then get some beers I'll pop around and I'll fit it for you lol!

As a whole Wink
Conect all the hoses and plugs before its fully on.
A bit awkward but saves you getting pissed off later haha
Use a ratchet spanner to do up the nuts between the throttle bodies. Use a pen magnet to hold the nuts in place Wink

Also try cutting two fingers off your left hand it makes access a lot easier

Yup better to connect everything before the engine went in. Can still do it the other way just a pain in the arse. You dont need the skin on your knuckles so it will be fine Laughing Or in your case the top of that finger either Laughing
