Have you found the harness plugs (OEM), they may be tucked away behind the side covers in front of the rear strut tower.
Pull them out, match the plugs and put in your own wiring to the speakers.
The plugs should be 4 or 5 wire and about a 1inch block, usually white opaque colour.

I have the wiring in mine but sold the speakers off, if I get chance I can have a look at were it goes
