What pads you using ?
main thing is to buy good quality discs just plain or with 6 grooves at most really.
was a thread with couple people linking to 182 discs they used.

well....unsure of the pads but im looking to upgrade anyway so i will assume cheap pads, the discs are actually Scenic discs so might not be the best anyway, i always stick with blank discs as i find they work better than grooved.

but i seem to warp every disc i put on really fast

I would check how they mounted & test run out of discs with dti gauge & caliper seems mounted evenly to disc & pistons & slides run well.
You on akebono 2 pots !? need proper spacers & centering rings over the washer technique as washers will increase warpage & can result in huge failure.
Loads of monkey metal discs about these days too.
don't know why 182 discs used so much in uk & eu as here in asia we use evo discs redrilled as saves the spacer/positioning  hassle plus the evo discs are 2mm less diameter so don't get lip on outer edge like clio discs.

I quite like mintex 1144 for road pads, carbotech are amazing but not cheap ...

i run 2pot fto gpx calipers, unsure of brand tbh, the spacers behind the disc are a cut up ebay wheel spacer (outer ring cut out)

maybe the spacers are actually the problem with these brakes??, the judder only happens when the car is hot which is a bit confusing really

fto are akebono too, almost identical to evo ones besides minor piston diameter sizing.
clio overall diameter are too big by about 2mm & they don't centre perfect unless machine up spacer & centering rings .
worth checking out your current run out on current hubs & spacers .

Would the clip disc fit straight on the pulsar? I have 4 pot calipers?

^ you would need buy wheel spacers & cut them down to fit inside the disc hat, other option is cut face off old R discs & machine them into a spacer which is what I did when first tried one with clio discs. main issue with clio discs is they 2mm over radius & when sat out on spacer they don't centre so well on hub spindle centre lip, evo3 discs work better but need redrilling & proper centre rings made up.
