sent off some part numbers to my nearest nissan dealer for some parts I may need and others just out of interest when buying blueprint and adl etc, lets see what you lot think of these prices:

brake servo: £700
Electronic driver side switchs: £121
Left and right hand complete drive shafts: £445 each
Inner and outer cv boot repair kits £33-37
blank key: £11
GTIR rear emblem:£29
Brake master cylinder: £162
side mouldings 3 either side: £170 either side
fornt and rear arch mouldings £63 each
complete radiator: £215
exhaust manifold £556

Ive already had some of the trims and mouldings when car was at body shop which cost too much Crying or Very sad but makes the car look alot tidier cheers

I've found them quite flexible on prices in the past, haggle a bit.

on other bits ive had vat was on top of those prices but the dealer did deliver them for free, which wasn't to bad considering there 15 miles away

as for buying another gtir, once youve bought it theres always a dozen things wrong with it and usually its electrics or mechanical Rolling Eyes

was funny cos the guy from nissan rang me up to check some numbers over and said your cars not the turbo model is it Mad no of course not im gonna spend all my money on a 1.4 sunny instead Razz

and bob £400 is that all that will save me £600 cheers

as for total price of all parts I bets is closer to £60k if you include VAT at 20% scratch

and basically the whole point of me doing up a pulsar apart from me being an enthusiast is the fact I can get mine up and running for less than 15K and still out do or at least keep up with brand new 30k examples from the likes of renault, ford, VW etc and still have money in my pocket for insurance and running costs
