Been looking for a spare wheel for my car wheni go to Europe and saw a new merc one a while ago where the tyre wall was less than a inch tall! Think I showed bob and a few others at Christmas time!

Just seen on and had to search for it on YouTube!

Gues if you dnt have much room it's a great design but trying to find one for sale is quite hard lol

That's very strange, I wouldn't like that on my car. Wouldn't trust it in the hands of some of the idiots on the road; the amount of people I see go past me at 70 with a spacesaver is shocking  Shocked

No there a normal space make but more compact from what iv read and will deflate back to how they were! Can also be driven flat for a few mikes if you get completely stuck too!

And your not wrong Pete we was talking about current mot's the other night as at one point they would pass a mot with a space saver on so they changed the rules to opposite side tyres match size and stuff!

I once saw a woman in a great big Mercedes ML undertaking down the inside line with a space saver on at about 110mph  affraid
I still to this day dont know how it could handle that kind of abuse Laughing some people just havent got a clue!

Silly question maybe!

If you have too use one of these and it's not inflated and you don't have a compressor, how do you pump it up?

Gti-r dannyboy

Never seen that before, pretty cool that is, bet its quite expensive tho.

If you haven't got a means of inflating you can actually drive to a really restricted speed for a few miles to a garage to inflate it!
Kind of a good Idea realy I guess

Got one of those in my old 944. Takes a very long time to pump up with a foot pump..  Evil or Very Mad
