Rocker arm stoppers

I think there very good especially as these cars can throw rockers if clearances are too big or rev limits exceeded through mis-shifting etc.
I have always had a set fitted to my car and (touches wood) never thrown a rocker even though ive mis-shifted on a couple of occasions.

downside is if valve bounces these can hold valve down then piston is more likely to hit valve than with them not having rocker stoppers fitted so swings and roundabouts really

I think jez at Horsham developments sells them, there around £50 a set
money well spent I think
