Hi all,

Here are a few pics of my R.

I have owned it since about October 2011. Got a few plans for it this year, mainly trying to just give it a bit of a tidy up and a full re-spray, next thing on the list is to integrate the fog light into the main cluster and remove the number plate light that is on the bumper. Looking at going to a few shows this year so would be great to meet up with other members.

Cheers,

Matt.

Hi Matt.

Tidy looking R you have Cool

The rear fog lights are pretty easy to do mate Wink

take the backs out of the rear clusters inside the boot, the inner lights are best to use, cut the wires and bridge them with some wire.
Then send that wire down the driverside of the car to a switch. But put an indirect fuse in the wire.
Then in the footwell of the driver behind the plastic couling by the accelerater pedal identify the lights wire,i think its red with a blue line the fatest one, slice and splice that wire and test to make sure its the switching wire for the lights.
Then solder another leanth of wire to it and run it to the switch.
Then run another wire from the switch to bare metal for the earth.
make sure you have a few fuses handy as you might blow a few. i always do Laughing Embarassed

Nice looking car - Totally agree with the fog light but I'm not sure what you mean by "remove the number plate light that is on the bumper" Question
