Quite a few members have seen my R over the past year.
It's a clean ish car. With a fair few mods.

If you've read my build threads you can see it is well looked after. .

Now The question i have is what sort of agreed value should i try and get for my R from my insurance?

Do they take time and effort into consideration when looking at values?

Got receipts for over 25k for this car.
Genuine 86,000 kms not miles
fully forged

Imo I would consider time, effort and cost to build it again. However I'd also consider if agreed value vs cost of insurance makes a difference aswell. Depends on how the insurance company works but I know here they rape you more if the agreed value is higher.

Ive got agreed value on mine with Footman James for £5000...

They asked for photo evidence of the car & for me to fill in an agreed value form, Job done & no questions asked when I did it

I know for a fact they won't take your time etc in the cost but they will look at what it would cost to replace. I know you'll never find one axactly the same so my view would be to go higher than you want say £9k and if they pull it down abit then no harm done but if they say yes your in.... Bonus
