Is it definitely a slipped disk or could it be sciatic nerve.
Ibuprofen is your friend either way. Or diclofenac.

I have a slipped disc. And suffered from sciatica
Seen many physio people . All gave bad advice on what to do.
Never felt better only worse after doing there excersize. ... Moved house payed to see someone and gave different advice .. that was 2 years ago .

Never felt better than i do now. Occasionally get a twinge but do what the last bloke told me and it soon feels better. ..

If you want to know what he said pm me

Mmmmm! Nadgers chopped then a bad back

Could be a weight / balance issue, you need to replace the missing items to restore natural balance then all pain will disappear Laughing

Joking aside fella, I feel your pain, like rob been down this road a few years back and it's fookin agony
Tramadol is your bestest friend, I was on the things for over 3 years but it does help you get on with stuff
