Hi mate, welcome to the site and good luck finding your self GTIR, my advice is don't rush into it and buy the first one that comes up, look around and find a nice one because there are some old dogs about now days lol
I was lucky I recently bought my R off bob so I knew he wasn't full of shit when he was telling me what was what with the car, I left a deposit on it without seeing it in person, stupid I know but I put my faith in bob lol when I went to see the car it was exactly what bob had described and I bought it righ away.
If you need any advice on a car you have found post up the details on here because chances are someone will recognise the car and if not we will be happy to give you any advice mate
