Just a sticker to me but could be wrong mate smoking was not a problem in the 90's as it is now so would be suprised if it was

I think one idea of them is as a coin box, seen couple in sunny, sentra in malaysia, no idea if comes as complete tray or lining & label, have a feeling it likely lining & label to fit existing trays .

Yeah by were the wing mirror adjustment switch is! Japs must love their coin holders but its funny that most of their change ends up under the seat and in weird places (well in the Rs I have owned i have found loads of jap coins)
